I’m afraid the feedback I have had on the Garmin add is that it is annoying after the second hearing, sounds american and it appears if no effort to localise it was made.
The episode of the Apprentice clearly shows that Irish people have had too many bad experiences with SatNav’s to buy them off the street or as a result of an add which may be correct for the US but not necessarily so for Ireland – knowledgeable advise and localised (not localized!) adds are a must.
You seem not to be fully committed to Garmin yourself seen as you are also offering sales of their biggest competitor – appears the add is not working on you either!!!!

Thanks for your comment. We’re actually committed to one thing – offering the best sat nav for Irish customers. We don’t pin our colours to any one particular manufacturer, but rather to the best sat nav units for Irish users.
I’d have to agree with most of your comments, and also say that we try to add value by giving the ‘knowledgeable advise’ you mention. I hope you’ll think so also if you check out any of the product pages on our website.
