Our Comment

This is a great value introductory GPS running watch for the outdoors. It has all you need to get started on your fitness regime. It is not compatible with heart rate monitors or foot pods so it not suitable for training in the gym.

One of the nice features of the watch is that you can connect it to you PC and upload your runs to Garmin Connect so see them on a map. You can also share your runs with your friends. Another feature is the automatic alerts to keep you motivated, letting you know when you have achieved the fastest distance or longest run to date.

In summary, this watch is for those starting out on a fitness program and gives you the basic information (time, distance, calories burnt, average pace) you need to know to keep you motivated.
