A POI (point of interest) is a location or place of interest that may be useful. It could, for example, be a shopping centre, a church, a school, a GAA ground.

Technical Details

   What to know about this Subscription

• Subscriptions are for a period of 1 year.
• During the subscription you can download the POI databases as often and as many times as you like.
• A subscription entitles you to download to one GPS device that must be registered on www.myPOIs.ie.
• All POI locations supplied are verified using the latest geocoding techniques.
• All POI databases are updated regularly with new POI databases added so you get the very best and latest in additional data.  The POI databases currently contain about 50,000 locations which are being continually updated and released.
