eDynamics Ltd. does not make any representation whatsoever about any information which is accessed either on, by virtue of or by way of any links from this web site nor about any of the advertisers who appear in the on this web site because in compiling the same eDynamics Ltd. relies on information provided to it by third parties.
You acknowledge that the Internet or eDynamics Ltd.'s systems, services and equipment may from time to time be inoperative in full or in part as a consequence of but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, telecommunication connectivity problems or other facts beyond the control of eDynamics Ltd. and you acknowledge that eDynamics Ltd. will not be held liable for any failure or inability to provide continuous, error free, uninterrupted services under these or any other circumstances.
You can pay for your goods either online using our secure payment gateway (Realex) or via telephone order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Laser. Please note that we will only ship goods to the card holder's address, i.e. the address to which your credit card statement is sent. We also accept payment by cheque, postal order and bank transfer. If you wish to make payment by transfer please call us for our bank details. Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is expected before dispatch of goods. Cheques and bank transfers must clear before goods will be dispatched. Please allow 10 working days for cheques to clear.
Delivery of Goods
An Post guarantee that packages sent by Express delivery will be delivered by 5:30pm on the next working day, expected delivery times on Registered packages is 1-3 days. Standard post may be used for goods under EUR25.00 in value.
If the goods that you have purchased are in stock normally they will be dispatched within 24 hours. If the goods are not in stock they will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt from our distributors. As all our goods are imported occassional delays are inevitable, however we make every effort to dispatch goods in a timely manner.
At present we only deliver goods to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Once dispatched, tracking IDs are available for expressed or registered items. A confimation email will be sent to the email address you use when purchasing goods from us detailing your order. This email will include the unique tracking code for your order.
In the case of expressed and registered items, once you receive the item you will be requested to sign that you received the goods in good condition. If the package is not in good condition and appears damaged then you should not accept the package. If you are unable to check the condition of the goods, sign for the package but also include the word "Unchecked". Failure to observe this may affect any warranty claims you may have at a later date.
We do not accept responsibility for delayed or lost deliveries through An Post. We are happy to assist you to track an item should it be delayed however ultimate responsibility for delays rest with An Post. If you need assistance to track an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to return an item to us, please contact us at email@example.com to receive a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA). Returns must also be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase and a completed RMA form clearly stating the problem with the item.
If any items were damaged in transit, this must be reported to us within 48 hours upon receipt. If the items are visibly damaged upon receipt then indicate this on the delivery note when signing for the items. Return all items to us in the original packaging complete with all documentation and accessories. Once we receive the items we will issue a replacement or full refund using your original payment method and will reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Distance Selling Directive
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive you are entitled to cancel your purchase with us and return the goods to us for a full refund within 7 working days from the day after you take receipt of the goods, less any delivery charges. This is known as the 'cooling -off' period.
This directive applies when the purchased goods have not been used or opened and are in perfect and pristine condition, that is, the goods must be in the original unopened packaging with no damage to the box, goods, documentation or accessories.
If you wish to return opened goods for credit within 7 working days from the day after receipt, a minimum 15% restocking charge will be applied. Any software that has been opened is non-refundable and used accessories will be subject to a replacement charge.
Unopened goods in perfect original condition may be returned after 7 days subject to a 25% restocking fee and at our discretion.
Return of Faulty Goods
If you think your item is not preforming as expected, you can contact us in the first instance by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 01-293 6987. If we are unable to resolve the problem by email or phone and the unit needs to be returned to us, we will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Unlike most retail and online stores we will offer this service for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any goods returned faulty within 12 months will be repaired or replaced and sent back to the customer free of carriage. In all instances we will process repairs/replacements as quickly as possible, however as we do not have repair facilities ourselves, goods do have to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment and/or repair and we can not accept responsibility for any resulting delays which are outside of our control.
Where goods are returned to us that are not faulty or the fault has arisen due to the wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or a third party, or used otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, or through failure to follow Supplier instructions, or where any alteration or repair carried out on the goods without the Supplier's approval then in all these instances the warranty will not apply.
Goods returned for credit which are not found to be faulty will be returned to the customer with a minimum €25.00 carriage and administration charge at our discretion so we advise that you investigate the fault yourself before sending the item back to us. When returning faulty goods please follow our instructions.
Note that GPS accessories such as cigarette lighter charges and mounting brackets are not covered under warranty.
eDynamics Ltd. may make changes in or withdraw any of the services described in this web site and at any time without notice.
eDynamics Ltd. shall not be obliged to maintain or continue any services offered on this web site. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing eDynamics Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel the provision of any service for any reason whatsoever.
eDynamics Ltd. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use by changing them on this web site.
