What devices will OpenFit pair with?
OpenFit will pair with most Bluetooth devices that use Bluetooth 3.1 or higher, including phones, tablets, computers and watches. It will not pair with some transmitters.
Will OpenFit work with Garmin watches?
Yes, OpenFit will pair with the most recent running, multisport watches from Garmin that support music download.
Can I pair OpenFit with multiple devices?
Yes, via a recent firmware upgrade, the OpenFit earbuds can now connect to two devices at the same time.
Can I wear just one earbud, or are both needed?
Both earbuds support independent use for mono music or calls. When used alone, the earbud retains the function of its touch area.
What device and operating system does Shokz App require?
Shokz App is compatible with mobile phones only, other devices like laptops, PC, tablets PC/Pad are not supported yet. The OS of your mobile would require at least iOS11.0 / Android 6.0 or above.
