Overview

Australia, the world's largest island nation boasts an extensive and diverse natural landscape for the intrepid traveller and adventurer. With one of the largest national park systems in the world including the World Heritage-listed Kakadu National Park in the tropical north to the mountainous and rocky coastlines of Tasmania there is much to discover. Australia is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with plenty on offer - surf Queensland's tropical Gold Coast, hike in the Australian Alps or scuba dive, snorkel or sail in the infamous marine environment of the Great Barrier Reef. There are many scenic driving routes to explore with the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, the Indian Ocean Drive along the white sandy beaches in the west and the iconic red desert outback of Uluru and Kings Canyon.

Macdonnel Ranges (includes Uluru)
Hamersley Range
Darling Range
