Overview

Glamorgan's coastline offers stunning views across the Bristol channel to Exmoor, and has been awarded the protection of Heritage Coast status. The sea front ranges from boulder strewn beaches, to wide white sand beaches, and on to dramatic limestone and shale striped cliffs. Inland, the Vale of Glamorgan is a fertile swath of land that can be explored on the Valeway Millennium Trail, and for cyclists there are some exceptional mountain biking trails in the Afan Forest.
