Overview
Stirling is teeming with spectacular waterfalls and waterways carefully hidden amongst the lush green valleys dotted all over Stirling. Head to Alva Glen where you can walk up the steep sided glen to the 23m Craighorn Fall, one of 5 to see in the area. Popular amongst walkers is the Ochil Fault with the Ochil Hills extending some 20km. Steep glens, gentle slopes, and stunning woodland, the appearance of the hills are altered with every sunset, sunrise and changing season. After a long days walk why not relax in central Glasgow with its many shops and restaurants surrounded by buildings filled with the history of days gone by.
