Customer Reviews
Customer Reviews for the Garmin Forerunner 620 Blue Black HR.
This premium watch from Garmin has some very interesting features that make it worth considering.
Firstly, the Forerunner estimates your VO2 max, which is a good indicator of athletic capability. Your VO2 max indicates the maximum volume of oxygen you can consume per minute,
per kilogram of body weight at your max performance so it is a way to objectively measure your fitness.
Secondly, when used with the HRM-Run, the 620 is the first GPS watch that provides feedback on your running dynamics, that is your cadence, vertical oscillation
and ground contact time, which can then be compaired with other runners of your gender and age range.
Finally, the 620 has an in-built accelerometer which means it can be used indoors in a gym and can measure distance and cadence without the need of a separate footpod.
The watch is also available without the heart rate monitor if required.
