If you intend using your Garmin sat-nav regularly, then the Free Lifetime Map updates offered with a number of the 2012 nüvi range, such as the 3490LMT, is a good buy.
The Lifetime map updates allows you to update the maps on your system up to 4 times a year. Our experience is that updating your maps every 6 to 9 months
is more than enough.
If you are not comfortable with the Garmin map update process which, lets face it, is not straightforward then we are happy to do this
for you. If you purchased your 3490LMT from us, we will update it for €20 per update otherwise it will be €33. It takes several hours to
update the European models so this fee is simply to cover our time & expenses. Call us on 01-293 6987 if you would like to avail of this service.
