When you purchase a product from us, it can be returned for a refund or exchange within 75 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us at support@mysatnav.ie to receive a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA) and further instructions.

Please note that all Products returned must be in a new and unused condition in their original sealed packaging.  We retain the right to refuse to accept a return if this condition is not met.

Free shipping is available on purchases over €50.  For all other orders there is a fixed charge of €7.50.

We only deliver goods to addresses in the Republic of Ireland.
