When you purchase a product from us, it can be returned for a refund or exchange
within 75 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us at
support@mysatnav.ie to receive a return merchandise
authorisation number (RMA) and further instructions.
Please note that all Products returned must be in a new and unused condition in their
original sealed packaging. We retain the right to refuse to accept a return if this condition is not met.

Free Delivery
Free shipping is available on purchases over €50. For all other orders there is a fixed charge of €7.50.
We only deliver goods to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. We use either DPD for next-working day delivery or An Post Parcel Post (Standard 1-2 working day). Both methods include tracking and we send the details onto you when we issue you with your invoice. In addition DPD offer out of home delivery options such as parcel pickup locations.
All our products come with a 2 year manufacturers warranty.
If your item develops a fault, we will arrange for it to be repaired, replaced or will issue a refund.
