Can I purchase a Holiday offer even if the item is not in stock?
Yes, absolutely. During the holiday season we will receive new stock from Shokz regularly. This means that if an item is
out of stock at time of purchase it is likely to be fulfilled within a short timeframe. You can choose to hold off until the item
comes back into stock but remember any back orders will always be fulfilled on a first-come first-served basis. So if you know exactly
what you want, order it. Remember that you can always cancel at any time for a full refund if need be.
Can I send my purchase back after Christmas if it is not needed?
Absolutely. We will accept items back up to 75 days after purchase provided that the goods
are unopened and unused. This means you can purchase in early November and still be able to get a full refund in
January if the goods are not needed.
