I am John Dundon, the founder and owner of mySatNav.
mySatNav began in 2005, at a time when satellite navigation (sat-nav) technology emerged as the must-have innovation for cars (hence the company name!). We were one of Ireland's very first online stores to offer global positioning system (GPS) products to Irish consumers. Now based in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, we have focused exclusively on the Irish market aiming to be recognised as local, approachable experts with a strong emphasis of customer care and satisfaction.
In the early days we offered automotive navigation products from Garmin, TomTom and Route 66, as well as Garmin marine GPS and outdoor handheld devices. As the years progressed and products matured and evolved our focus changed to sports, fitness, health and wellness products, alongside our comprehensive automotive offerings that you see on our site today. We primarily sell Garmin, being an authorised online retailer from the start, and we also offer health technologies from Withings and audio headsets from Shokz.
At mySatNav, we have a wealth of experience gathered over many years. Authenticity and customer satisfaction are at the core of what we do; whether it is providing impartial and unbiased advice, flexible delivery options, follow up after-sales support or facilitating easy return/exchange or refund options.
